Star anise has a warming scent that is reminiscent of licorice. Anise essential oil is rich in vitamin A and C and is antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal. It’s been used in Ayurvedic healing to treat damaged and aged skin. The pink kaolin clay is a micro exfoliant for the skin while the shea butter and vitamin E oil add moisturizing effects.
